We’ve been through the same education system, the same pressures, and the same lifestyle challenges. Coming from big families and social circles, we fully understand our culture — from weddings and religious festivals to fasting periods, travel, and frequent family gatherings — and what it really takes to succeed in fitness while juggling it all.
On top of that, we’re not just coaches — we’re real people. We’re approachable, positive, and genuinely passionate about helping you change your life both physically and mentally. We understand the ups and downs because we experience them too. All of our recipes and meal plans come with full macro breakdowns, clear ingredients, and step-by-step instructions, so you’ll never feel unsure or lost when it comes to your nutrition. And if you ever have questions, we’re always there to guide you.
We also don’t believe in sacrificing flavour for results. You can still enjoy oils, ghee, spices, chutneys, and sauces as part of your plan. In fact, when used correctly, these not only enhance taste but can also offer additional benefits.
In addition, many of our recipes have been tried and tested in our own homes, using traditional South Asian cooking methods. We don’t believe in generic PDF plans or AI-generated recipes. Everything we provide has been personally trialled, refined, and perfected by us, so you can trust that what you’re following is practical, realistic, and actually works in everyday life. Ultimately, we combine real-life understanding, personalisation, and genuine support to help you achieve results that last.

What is your minimum commitment period?
Our minimum commitment is 6 months — because real, sustainable results take time. This allows you to lose weight in a healthy way while building the habits and lifestyle changes needed to keep it off long term.
For the best transformation, we recommend a 12-month commitment. This gives you the opportunity not only to lose weight, but to fully reset your lifestyle, learn how to maintain your results, and confidently sustain a higher calorie intake without regaining weight.
In most cases, we don’t offer programmes shorter than 6 months.
This is because shorter timeframes often lead to rushed results, unnecessary stress, and — most importantly — they don’t allow enough time to build the habits and lifestyle needed for long-term success.
At BodyGoalsByJK, our focus is not on quick fixes, but on creating sustainable, lasting transformations.
In certain circumstances, shorter programmes may be considered based on your individual needs. This can be discussed during your consultation call.

Do you support weight loss drugs like Ozempic or Mounjaro?
Weight loss drugs can help people lose weight in the short term, and for some individuals, they may be appropriate under medical supervision.
However, what we see time and time again is that when the medication stops, the weight often returns. This is because the underlying habits, lifestyle, and behaviours haven’t changed.
At BodyGoalsByJK, we focus on creating long-term, sustainable results by building the right nutrition, training, and daily habits around your lifestyle.
We’re not against these tools — but they are exactly that: tools. Without the right structure, support, and accountability, the results won’t last.

How much time do I need to commit each week?
Most of our clients train 3 times per week for 30–45 minutes, aim for daily movement (around 8,000 steps), and stay in regular contact with their coach — and still see incredible results.
The best part? It’s designed to fit around your lifestyle — even if you’re busy.

Do I eat the same meals every day?
Simple answer, NO. This is an actual lifestyle change and in real life you would not eat the same foods daily and we would not want you to either. You will have a massive list of recipes to choose from daily and your plans will be tailored to foods that you like and you will be able to select from a list of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options to eat from daily.
What do I get exactly in terms of training and nutrition?
You’ll receive a fully custom training and nutrition plan built specifically for you — your goals, your lifestyle, your preferences, and your schedule.
Whether you train at home or in the gym, we design your workouts around the equipment you have and your experience level, so you feel confident and know exactly what you’re doing every session. And in case you don’t know what you’re doing, you are more then welcome to send us videos of your workouts so we can give you professional feedback.
On the nutrition side, we create a fully personalised meal plan after your onboarding call, based on the foods you enjoy — and we avoid the foods you don’t.
