What is your minimum commitment period?

Our minimum commitment is 6 months — because real, sustainable results take time. This allows you to lose weight in a healthy way while building the habits and lifestyle changes needed to keep it off long term.
For the best transformation, we recommend a 12-month commitment. This gives you the opportunity not only to lose weight, but to fully reset your lifestyle, learn how to maintain your results, and confidently sustain a higher calorie intake without regaining weight.
In most cases, we don’t offer programmes shorter than 6 months.
This is because shorter timeframes often lead to rushed results, unnecessary stress, and — most importantly — they don’t allow enough time to build the habits and lifestyle needed for long-term success.
At BodyGoalsByJK, our focus is not on quick fixes, but on creating sustainable, lasting transformations.
In certain circumstances, shorter programmes may be considered based on your individual needs. This can be discussed during your consultation call.

Do you support weight loss drugs like Ozempic or Mounjaro?

Weight loss drugs can help people lose weight in the short term, and for some individuals, they may be appropriate under medical supervision.
However, what we see time and time again is that when the medication stops, the weight often returns. This is because the underlying habits, lifestyle, and behaviours haven’t changed.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Most of our clients train 3 times per week for 30–45 minutes, aim for daily movement (around 8,000 steps), and stay in regular contact with their coach — and still see incredible results.

Do I eat the same meals every day?

Simple answer, NO. This is an actual lifestyle change and in real life you would not eat the same foods daily and we would not want you to either. You will have a massive list of recipes to choose from daily and your plans will be tailored to foods that you like and you will be able to select from a list of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options to eat from daily.

What do I get exactly in terms of training and nutrition?

You’ll receive a fully custom training and nutrition plan built specifically for you — your goals, your lifestyle, your preferences, and your schedule.
Whether you train at home or in the gym, we design your workouts around the equipment you have and your experience level, so you feel confident and know exactly what you’re doing every session. And in case you don’t know what you’re doing, you are more then welcome to send us videos of your workouts so we can give you professional feedback.
On the nutrition side, we create a fully personalised meal plan after your onboarding call, based on the foods you enjoy — and we avoid the foods you don’t.

You can choose to pay in full, or split your payment by paying 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 30 days after your programme begins. How long after I sign up can I start?

We get asked this all the time, and because our coaching is fully personalised and tailored to each individual, your plans are typically delivered within 10 days of your completed onboarding forms being submitted back to us. During this period, we stay in close contact with you, liaising directly to ensure you’re happy with every detail of your programme and fully confident before starting.
This collaborative approach allows us to fine-tune your plan so it is completely aligned with your goals, lifestyle, and needs.
